We invite you to taste and enjoy our scratch to table dishes all prepared to order.
All our bread and dough, sauce and produce are prepared in-house daily, ensuring quality and freshness. We locally source all our meats and produce, our Italian sausage is homemade, and our produce is fresh and cut to order.
You can enjoy all our fresh seafood or selected steaks chops or veal dishes or maybe just an espresso and an imported Italian dessert. We have a full cocktail bar and all wines are all Italian and paired specifically with our dishes.

Chef Rios
Chef Rios discovered his cooking confidence in his home town of Oaxaca Mexico. Oaxaca has a rich agricultural history dating to precolonial times and Chef Rios’s modern “scratch-to-table” cuisine reflects those traditions.
In 1998, Chef Rios migrated to the US at the age of 15. He began working in the kitchens of NYC. Chef Rios remembers one of his first professional restaurant experiences, on the upper East side of Manhattan, working in Little Italy, alongside the Italian immigrant and owner of Vespa. There, in that busy NYC restaurant kitchen Chef Rios learned Pastas, doughs and all things Italian. He credits those experiences as informing his approach to Italian cuisine, which drew on Sicilian traditions, but also more widely from the entire Italian territory and the changing tastes of NYC customers. Pizza is a staple in any NYC diet, and Chef Rios was no exception. He continues to draw inspiration from his time in NYC and his favorite restaurants there.
Chef Rios became partner and head chef for Antonio’s Italian Cafe in 2021. Since the beginning, it quickly established itself as a local hotspot in Littleton, CO. We continue to focus on quality, authentic, healthy Italian cuisine and have expanded our operation by including daily cafe and weekend brunch operations. We hope to see you soon!
